The house captivates with its unmistakable charm as a thatched-roof half-timbered house with exposed beam ceilings, set on a 767-square-meter lot with a fantastic garden.
It’s located just about 300 meters from our natural beach in Rosenhagen—you can’t get any closer than that.
On the first floor, you’ll find the entryway, which opens onto the fully equipped open-concept kitchen with direct access to the living room. The kitchen is, of course, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vacation (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, espresso machine, microwave, etc.).
In the living room, you’ll find a large sofa and a Smart TV with the option to watch Netflix movies in Dolby Surround quality. The living room has direct access to the southwest-facing terrace, which features a wicker lounge chair, wooden patio furniture, and a charcoal grill.
Also on the first floor is a large bathroom with a sauna.
The three bedrooms, which sleep six people, are located on the upper floor; each is furnished with a double bed, and some rooms feature exposed beams that offer a view into the attic. In addition, the second bathroom with a shower is located on the upper floor.
To ensure maximum comfort, the house is equipped with a washing machine, a clothes dryer, and a water softener for silky-soft water.
