About this house rental
A dream vacation right on the beach, just a few steps behind the sand dunes, yet only a few minutes’ drive from the must-see Hanseatic city of Lübeck (a UNESCO World Heritage Site).
From the upper floor, you can see the beach and the sea....
The house is modern and very well-maintained (new building from 2011). The furnishings are selected accordingly. The living room features comfortable, elegant leather seating. Polished granite was chosen for the floors on the first floor and basement. In addition to gas central heating, comfortable radiant floor heating is installed on all floors.
The attractive, unique designer kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils, appliances, and ample tableware.
The overall furnishings are elegant, attractive, and high-quality; beautiful beech wood can be found on the doors, furniture, and stairs.
The tiles and bathroom fixtures are elegant and high-quality.
- Your own free parking space is only about 150 meters away (loading and unloading at the house only).
- Maximum occupancy: 5 people.
The rental price includes: water/sewer, TV, natural gas central heating, parking, crib / high chair
There is an additional charge at the hotel:
- A deposit of 200 euros is payable at the hotel
- Tourist tax = Ostseecard www.ostseecard.de (winter: 1.40, summer 2.80 per adult)
- Electricity based on consumption: 29C / kWh (for lighting, cooking, sauna, hot water)
Optional extras:
- Complete sets of bed linens, as well as hand towels, bath towels, bath mats, and dish towels can be provided for a small fee (order required prior to arrival)
New Year’s Offer: “sparkling wine included” (1 bottle of sparkling wine per adult)

Tolles kleines Haus in toller Lage unweit vom Strand und Promenade. Wellnessbereich im Keller ist genial, die Sauna lud zum Entspannen ein. Diese Entspannung brauchten wir auch, nachdem wir tagsüber unserem Einjährigen stets von den Treppen im Haus und dem Ausbüchsen aus dem Grundstück abhalten mussten. Denn das Haus ist für so kleine Kinder leider nichts, da kein Treppenschutz und kein Gartentor vorhanden ist.
Mit größeren Kindern oder unter Erwachsenen empfehlenswert.
