It also boasts a view of the beautiful intercostal so you can watch the dolphins frolic on either side of your ideal beach condo! Decorated with a modern beach feel this roomy condo is a 2 bed 2 bath with a sleeper sofa so the condo can sleep 6. The complex is gated, guarded and private for your complete comfort.
The property has all new furniture, beautiful decor and upgrades including new Smart TVs, USB ports and complimentary wifi and cable. The private balcony offers stunning views of the Gulf and extends to the Master Suite. The master features a new king bed, a walk-in closet, master bath with a spacious walk-in shower and a double door linen closet.
The second bedroom has a new queen bed and also features a spacious walk-in closet. The gourmet kitchen has all the amenities and is fully stocked with dishware, cooking and entertaining needs. The kitchen also features a spacious double door pantry. There is a 6-person dining table and charming breakfast nook and breakfast bar, plenty of room for at-home meals. The modern remodeled floor and new paint also lend to this spotless condo's charm. We take your safety very seriously and have the condo fully sanitized for your arrival, as well as providing complimentary sanitization materials and masks.

Devin’s place is so nice to spend vacation time, it’s clean and comfy and the building itself has great features. The pool is heated and the beach is beautiful. I would highly recommend this rental.

This unit was wonderful. It was exactly as shown on line and was equipped wih everything you need. It was also very clean! Devin was a pleasure to work with. She was always friendly and responded quickly. This unit has a wonderful view and you can walk right onto the beach. The location is close to restaurants, grocery stores and putt putt golf. We are already booked for next January!

We spent four weeks in Devin's condo and felt home from the first moment we came in. The check-in was easy. Everything is as described, the condo was clean and beautifully decorated. I can not imagine anything that was missing. Devin told us just to bring our swim suits, everything else would be there. And that is correct. It was great, the view from the balcony is amazing and we had a perfect vacation. Thank you Devin, it was a pleasure renting your condo! We'd love to come again.

Devin’s place is so welcoming, very well equipped and what a location- right on the beach! Clean all around, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen with new appliances and a great TV for watching hockey games.
