Great location and sufficient space for a party of two.

Great location: so close to the downtown and the lake, yet not noisy.

Wish the host would have informed us more clearly about the limited toilet paper supply (only less than an half roll was provided). Would appreciated if a simple instruction was given on how to open the sofa bed (like a sign for where to pull open).

Great place to stay in the port area - could be even better if a few issues were resolved

The apartment is in a perfect location in the port area. It's beautifully decorated and has everything that you need for a comfortable stay - the living space is especially lovely and the bed was nice and comfortable. The hosts were great at communication before and during the stay. It was lovely to have milk on arrival as part of the breakfast package.

The bathroom waste is on a pump system which was smelly - maybe some maintenance needed to clear the pipes? The bathroom window is clear glass, so unless you have the (blackout) curtain closed it's not private, and with the curtain closed there's no light. A window film would solve that really nicely. The only external ventilation in the bedroom is via the solid front door, so it's impossible to have any natural light or ventilation in the room without leaving the door wide open, which you can't do overnight or while you're out. The room would be perfect if only the door was replaced with a window with security bars. The inclusive breakfast would be great if you like pre-packed pastries - just not our thing.

Nice flat, well located a bit expensive fo

The flat was clean and rather well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Excellent location near the lake.

Walls are very thin, so I could hear the next door guests listening to music and chatting outside until quite late. Parking was an absolute nightmare and cost me a fortune for just two days.

Juste l’emplacement Pour le reste nous sommes partis loger ailleurs Cuvette des toilettes avec del’urine, poubelles pleines juste devant la porte d’entrée avec divers détritus Chambre sans fenêtre Maison sale et délabrée extérieurement… Je vous ai envoyé un mail et des photos

Tout!!! La maison est délabrée et même si l’intérieur du logement a été refait , les extérieurs et les coursives font pensées à un squatt !!!

Séjour agréable dans son ensemble

L’emplacement est vraiment le plus de cette location. L’appartement était propre à notre arrivée avec quelques sachets de thé/ tisane et capsules café à disposition , cela est appréciable.

Une fois dans l’appartement il n’y a quasiment pas d’intimité Beaucoup de vis à vis de part et d’autre, personnellement je ne me suis pas sentie à l’aise et détendue dans ce lieu De plus les logements accueillant les animaux, il y a eu des aboiements réguliers le matin et le soir et notamment 2 chiens que les propriétaires ont laissé le soir dans leur appartement et qui ont hurlé à la mort … bien sûr cela n’est pas la faute des animaux mais de leurs propriétaires peu bienveillants envers eux .. je n’ai pas apprécié non plus le fait que nous nous sommes retrouvés avec une chasse d’eau qui fonctionnait très mal ( beaucoup de difficulté à évacuer et nous avons dû utiliser un sceau d’eau…) malgré mon mail le lendemain de notre arrivée , rien n’a été fait et nous sommes restés 7 jours comme cela… Pour la cuisine l’équipement en ustensiles est sommaire: 1 seule poêle, 1 seule casserole, pas de four ni de lave vaisselle. Dans l’ensemble je recommande ce lieu pour son emplacement ( belle vue sur le lac) et aussi à celles et ceux qui ne sont pas gênés pas la proximité des voisins et la présence d’animaux….

Katzensprung zum Genfer See

Die Lage nahe am Genfer See, durch das Fenster ist dieser auch teilweise ersichtlich. Am Abend kann man den Sonnenuntergang direkt am Genfer See genießen. Sehr hilfsbereite Unterkunft!

Dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts: Leider wurde gerade die Funiculaire (für 6 Monate) renoviert, zudem fahren sonntags weder Busse zum Bahnhof noch Schiffe nach Lausanne, sodass ich mein Gepäck den Berg hochtragen musste.
