Living room with kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob) TV with international channels, wireless internet access, a sofa bed in the living room, bedroom with fitted wardrobes, 140/190 bed, washing machine . Bathroom with bath, separate toilet. A parking space outside the house. Accepted animals.

Cozy, well-equipped apartment in the heart of Thonon-les-Bains

We enjoyed our stay, and this apartment was perfect for what we wanted. Right in the centre of Thonon, within easy walking distance to everything. Reserved parking space is a plus. The apartment is on the third and top floor of the building, with stairs only. (the front entrance of the building is a bit hidden so best to arrive in daylight). The small apartment has a couch, TV, and table with four chairs. The kitchen had everything we needed. A separate bedroom with a double bed - bring your own sheets or pay extra to the owner. The bathroom had new and well-functioning fixtures (and a good shower). We would definitely stay here again when we’re in Thonon. Cleaning supplies, vacuum, etc are provided if you want to clean the apartment after your use, or pay extra for cleaning services.

Le logement est parfaitement situé pour découvrir la ville et ses alentours Très bien agencé et tout l'équipement nécessaire pour y être bien installé La literie est confortable La proximité d'un supermarché permet de faire ses courses à pied Nous avons apprécié la localisation du lieu, son calme et le "tout confort"...bref nous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter

Le logement est bien situé pas loin de centre ville. Le propriétaire est sympa et ouvert. Le logement a tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour agréable sauf quelques petits moments qui ne changent pas notre impression générale: pas de tire-bouchon dans la cuisine (une chose indispensable en France à mon avis) et les télécommandes de la télé ainsi que du boitier satellite qui fonctionnent à la distance d'un mètre maximum (les piles sont peut-être à changer). Mais le logement est très bien équipé. Il y en a tout, même le lave-linge et lave-vaisselle. Le parking est privé et facilement accessible. Quelques bruits matinales sont à signaler (les livraisons dans un supermarché en face et les éboueurs) mais pas tous les jours. Les voisins sont calmes (ou nous avons eu la chance). En résumé, pour tout ceux qui souhaitent découvrir cette belle région sur le lac Léman je conseille ce logement sans hésitation.

Appartement conforme aux photos, très propre et bien équipé. Il est proche du centre ville, des commerces et du lac, très pratique . Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir louer le linge de lit et de toilette , tout était nickel. Parking privé bien indiqué avec son nom. Le propriétaire est très à l écoute. Notre Arrivée comme notre départ ont été bien organisés.

Appart très bien situé à deux pas du centre ville piéton, avec une place de parking, des commerces alimentaires très proches. Le lac, le funiculaire sont au bout de la rue piétonne. L'intérieur est tout confort avec un look très agreable. Nous, on a adoré. Ma fille de 7 ans était triste de repartir. Et nous aussi. C'est sûr, on reviendra.

Très bien située, nous avions accès à tout à pieds (centre ville, petits commerces, restaurants, lac, etc...). Le logement est très mignon, très bien insonorisé, très bien agencé et dispose, pour la petite surface, de beaucoup de rangements (du jamais vu pour nous). Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de rencontrer le propriétaire des lieux, mais tout était bien organisé pour notre arrivée et notre départ. Merci pour sa confiance ! A deux pas de Thonon, Evian et des petites stations de sports d'hiver très agréables.
