Apartment with 2 rooms, located on the 2nd and last floor of a small building with private parking. South and north exposure.
Kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, electric dishwasher.
Bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, separate wc.
1 bedroom with 160/200 bed and cupboards.
Living room with cliclac convertible sofa, for 120/190 sleeping, leather sofa, cupboards, satellite TV with foreign channels, internet access. Dog or cat accepted.
Thonon is ideally located, close to Geneva, Lauzanne by the Lake, Evian ...
in winter at 1 hour from the Portes du Soleil stations (Chatel, Morzine, Avoriaz, les Gets ....)

This accommodation was fabulous. Extremely well equipped. Perfect location, just 5 minutes walking distance from the city center, main square and the lake. Super comfy beds and pillows, despite one of them was sofa. The only minus was small bathroom and especially the shower but it wasn't problem for us at all. The host, Franck was very sweet and welcoming. Definitely will stay again.

Appartement sympa en centre ville. Malgré une grosse chaleur et un ventilateur de pro, nous avons un peu souffert de la chaleur dans la chambre.

Résidence bien située près du centre avec parking. Le problème majeur de cette location est le bruit, située juste en face du casino avec des livraisons tous les jours, pas de double vitrage vraiment dommage et l autre point noir est la propreté,le seau de la salle de bain, qui j imagine a dû servir à nettoyer l'appartement (ça fait peur) était moisi au fond d où l odeur que nous n arrivions pas a identifier. Je ne conseil pas cet appartement sauf si vous avez un sommeil profond, très profond.

Appartement tout proche de la rue piétonne, bien agencé avec parking privé bien utile.Propriétaire très accueillant. Seul petit bémol, le bruit occasionné par les livraisons très matinales de la supérette d’en face.

Appartement bien situé, confort nécessaire pour un séjour de courte durée. Le point négatif est la douche dans petite baignoire et dans sous pente. Appartement non accessible aux personnes avec handicap à cause de son escalier. Pour nous c'est une location à reprendre éventuellement.
