Spacieux, bien situé. La terrasse est un plus non négligeable.
Un peu bruyant côté rue fenêtres ouvertes La terrasse nécessiterait un petit aménagement végétalisé pour le rendre plus agréable

Iso, siisti ja valoisa huoneisto, kaikki tarvittava pidempäänkin majoittumiseen. Terassi. Hyvät sängyt. Sijainti keskeinen. Avulias omistaja.
Huoneisto voisi olla kodikkaampi. Makuuhuoneet kävelykadulle päin, ja vaikka autoliikennettä ei ole, melua riittää myös öisin. Ikkunoiden sulkeminen auttaa, mutta koska ilmastointia ei ole, kesäkuumalla niiden auki pitäminen on todennäköisesti tarpeen öisin. Terassi on ihan kiva, mutta näkymä ränsistyneeseen taloon ei ole kovin miellyttävä.
