Wonderful

We'll never forget the moment we first laid our eyes upon lake Iseo, La lontananza playing on the radio, wonderful houses basking in the afternoon sun, the picturesqe landscape... I thought to myself "ah yes, the Italy from the movies". The arrival at the villa was similary stunning. It's simply a lovely piece of architecture with a soul of the land. The room is super cozy and the view from the mini roof terrace jaw-dropping. The people were warm and friendly, atmosphere was peaceful and very relaxing. The train nearby was more of a charming background detail than a disturbance. Also each morning we couldn't wait to get to the breakfast soon enough as it was fresh and delicious — we especially liked that it wasn’t overcomplicated. Plenty to choose from and crown it with tasty and strong hot coffee. Hopefully we shall return some day!

Extremely perfect! The most lovely and caring staff! Perfect breakfast where they highly take care about special food ask. Helped us in every question. Their olive oil is a must have also to buy! This is number one at Lake Iseo!

Our stay at Cascina Carai was a highlight for all of us and we highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Rosellas place. A beautiful view over the lake, the big garden with the olive trees in the background, clean and newly renovated rooms… The communication with Rosella and her family was really nice and helpful. We even could have our family barbecue at the apartment without any problem. Probably not our last stay :)

Peaceful, comfortable, close to the lake, the terrace in great, the view is splendid. The house is on an olive tree plantation, the original Carai olive oil is wonderful. The free beaches of the neibourhood are very close, we liked very much the Tahiti Spiaggia Libera in Marone (3 min. by car). A Conad grocery is close to the place in Marone. There is a Conad Superstore in Iseo 15 min. by car. Also in Iseo there is a good laundry. And last but not least Rossellina is very kind and helpful.

The terrace would be equipped by parasols. During summer days the terrace is very hot. For a longer stay it would be helpful a washing machine.

Wirklich schick, modern, und doch traditionell, eine echte Augenweide. Allerdings nicht ganz ruhig

Eine absolut schicke, modern gestylte und dabei doch sehr schön und traditionell in die Landschaft eingepasste Anlage, Abends wundervoll beleuchtet, großer Parkplatz und wirklich modern ausgetattet. Der Blick vom Balkon auf See und Insel ist großartig - vor allem wenn Abends die Lichter funkeln :-) ! Und der Balkon selbst war in Größe und Möbeln ebenfalls ein Ort, auf dem man sich sehr gerne aufgehalten hat und gleichzeitig gut vor leichtem Regen o.ä. geschützt war, so, wie wir uns dass erhofft hatten. Die Reaktion auf Anfragen und Bitten war exzellent, superschnell und für jede Frage gab' es eine sehr schnelle und gute Antwort. Die gleiche Person begrüßt einen sehr freundlich am Empfang, wenn dieser zu bestimmten Zeiten besetzt ist.

Die Anlage hat, wie viele viele ihrer Artverwandten an allen oberitalinischen Seen, das Problem, dass der Verkehrslärm der See-Randstrasse leider sehr direkt auf die Balkone und Terrassen hoch brandet. Wobei am östlichen Ufer des Iseo-Seees die Hauptverkehrslast über Tunnel und eine weiter oben am Hang gelegene Strasse angefangen wird, die man absolut nicht hören kann. Trotzdem ist es eben nicht ruhig bevor abends der Autoverkehr mehr oder weniger aufhört, das muss man akzeptieren. Positiv überrascht hat uns, dass der Zug, der direkt unterhalb des Hauses sein Gleis hat und regelmäßig fährt, eigentlich akkustisch sogar ziemlich harmlos war und nicht wirklich ein Problem dargestellt hat. Persönlich - aber wir möchten betonen, dass das ist ein sehr subjektiver Eindruck ist - hatten wir massive Probleme mit der sehr harten Matratze und uns fehlte im wirklich schicken und modernen Ambiente ein wenig die Gemütlichkeit. Ein Kunstledersofa ist pflegelicht, verstehen wir - aber ein gemütlicher Stoffsessel, Stoffkissen und/oder auch Stoffauflagen für die Balkonmöbel und/oder eine Kommode wär bei der Zimmergröße sicher noch ein signifikanter Gewinn für das Wohlfühlambiente, gerade für Tage mit nicht so schönem Wetter.

Fijne, rustige uitvalsbasis om het Iseomeer te verkennen

De ruime, propere kamers (sommigen met uitzicht op het meer) zijn een mooie uitvalsbasis om het Iseomeer te verkennen. De B&B ligt rustig gelegen op 5m stappen van het meer. In het kleine dorpje is alles te vinden. Wil je meer actie, is een uitstapje naar pakweg Iseo, maar op een klein kwartiertje met de auto.

Als er als iets tegenviel, zou ik het ontbijt willen aanwijzen. De basis is zeker aanwezig, maar het zou misschien iets meer of gevarieerder mogen zijn.

Geweldig.

Locatie is rustig, uitzicht op het meer is prachtig. Appartement heel schoon en netjes, echt perfect. Airco is slaapkamer en woonkamer, prima badkamer. Ruim balkon waar je lekker kon zitten.

Iets uitgebreider servies, zoals kommetjes voor yoghurt, bierglazen en een flesopener.

Tolles Agriturismo am Iseosee!

Der Blick auf den See, die Ruhe und die liebevolle Gastgeberin. Das Agriturismo war ein toller Zwischenstopp. Super Parkplatzsituation. In 20/25 min zu Fuß an einem freien Strand. Die Bahn hört man quasi garnicht und fährt nur ca. 1-2/Stunde und nachts garnicht.

Nichts! Um die Unterkunft war es - obwohl August war - sehr ruhig. Das hat uns nicht gestört. Man sollte unbedingt ein Auto haben und andere Orte, wie beispielsweise Iseo, erkunden.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, Frühstück sehr gut, die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Das ganze Haus, inclusive Frühstück ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet und angerichtet.

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön, aber uns persönlich hat eine Kommode/ Regal als Abstellgelegenheit gefehlt. Der Kühlschrank war super, dürfte aber gerne ein wenig größer sein.

La struttura gode di un’ottima posizione con vista sul lago e di un comodo parcheggio privato. Molta cura nella pulizia della stanza e delle parti comuni, dove anche l’arredo è stato scelto con gusto e rispetto della tradizione. Colazione non vastissima ma con prodotti di ottima qualità!

Sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber:in, die Kommunikation mit Rossella war exzellent (danke, dass sie so gut deutsch spricht); wunderschönes Gemäuer mit vielen feinen (handwerklichen) Details, herrlicher Blick vom Zimmer auf den IseoSee, die Betten sind super, bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist von der unterhalb gelegenen Ufer-Straße nichts zu hören.

Nur zwei Mini-Verbesserungsvorschläge: viell. eine Sitzecke im Zimmer (Sessel + Tisch) für Regentage, und den Espresso 100mal lieber mit Wartezeit aus einer Kanne wie bialetti statt aus einer Kapselmaschine :-)
