In a lakefront villa in the quaint village of Peschiera Maraglio, a few steps from the ferry and close to the center, bright and modern apartment on the ground floor, with garden. Apartment recognized as a holiday home by the Province of Brescia with CIR 017111-CNI-00039.
Equipped with every comfort: brand new kitchen with induction hob and dishwasher, normal oven and microwave, sitting area with armchair and sofa bed for relaxation, LED satellite TV, wifi, laptop corner, double bedroom, bathroom with brand new oversized shower, washing machine, garden outside with sitting area and table for dining, barbecue.
There are 4 bicycles.
Linen service included, beach towels, courtesy set.
Reserved parking for a fee in Sulzano. My home: feel like home!

Excellent location. Close to shops including a bakery and general store. Lovely garden but constant flow of people walking past. Swimming in the lake possible about a 10 minute walk away. Watch out for mosquitoes in mid summer.

The house is perfectly situated on the island with a splendid view and nice garden. The place is confortable, convenient and very clean.
Emilio is a very helpfull, nice and friendly host.
Many things to do on the island, many restaurants for all tastes and people there are particularly nice.
Have a try, you will (re)discover how simple ideas can be a real treat for you and your couple/family.

Beautiful, spotless holiday home. Emilio is very courteous and gave suggestions for things to do on the island. The garden has an enviable view of the lake, Two bikes come with the rental so you can get to other villages on the island. Very effective air conditioning which was really appreciated in July. Next time we visit the island we’ll stay at Emilio’s home for sure!
