Tricky to find. And there's a whole procedure to get in as it's not staffed most of the time.

Location. Right outside metro and around 3 or 4 supermarkets very local and food locations
Only negative was the socket by bed didn’t work. But there was still plenty in the room that worked so not really inconvenience

Property is quite easy to find and the location is very good if you’re looking for a good connection to Bilbao city center (it is right above the metro station)
Room smelled of cigarettes - we had to sleep with our window open and fan turned on in order to make the smell go away
