    首先，位置不错，旁边就是一排的大型商家，宜家，奥莱，没敢多拿，儿童游乐场。总之，如果是要花钱的，这里就是非常的方便。停车的话，酒店提供收费的地下停车场，不停的话，酒店后面靠河的一排位置如果有空位也可以停。可以在车开到酒店门口，把行李卸下后开过去。酒店提供早饭20欧，小孩是10欧，相比于中国的价格，那是很贵了，但是品种还算丰富。酒店房间略有些老旧，但是卫生间很大，有浴缸也有淋浴房，洗脸盆的设计我很喜欢。还有保险箱，确实是有点4星酒店的标准。整体来说，很满意，下次再来毕尔巴鄂的话，不出意外还是会选择这里。

    Always a pleasure. Great spacious rooms with a/c. Friendly helpful staff. Onside parking for motorbikes at reduced rate. Easy walk to the metro and 6 stops to Guggenheim. Love it.

    Hotel is very convenient for Brittany ferries port which is about 15 minutes away. The hotel is modern, rooms are reasonably spacious and facilities ln the hotel adequate but the restaurant/bar has relatively limited choice of food for a four-star hotel. The menu del dia which is only available lunchtime is good value for money and there should be equivalent for dinner. Parking is not easy. To access the underground car park it is necessary to drive down side roads to the rear the hotel so it is really best to ask at reception how to get to it. Good breakfast small pool
