tiene una ubicación próxima a la estación de tren para poderte desplazar cómodamente al centro de bilbao. hay trenes con bastante frecuencia y el trayecto es corto. habitaciones amplias, modernas, limpias y bien equipadas. hay bares/cafeterías y resto de servicios (supermercados, farmacia...) en la zona.
no hay personal de recepción, auto check-in. la apertura de la recepción y de la habitación funcionan con un código. no hay buen aislamiento acústico, si no madrugas, es probable que te despierten el resto de usuarios. la habitación no tiene ventanas, salvo un velux que da a un patio interior. entiendo que en caso de lluvia pueda resultar molesto, no fue mi caso

Todo muy accesible, cómodo y limpio
Las toallas no se pueden cambiar cada 3 días, se debería hacer de manera diaria ya que es un alojamiento en el que los huéspedes van por viaje de ocio y la higiene nos resulta fundamental después de cada jornada de caminata diaria.

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas am Rande der Stadt im Ortsteil Zorroza, in der Nähe gibt es aber einen Bahnhof und auch eine Bushaltestelle. Im Stadtteil selbst ist die Lage zentral, in direkter Nachbarschaft gibt es verschiedene Lokale, wo man z. B. für kleines Geld frühstücken kann. Auch ein Supermarkt ist nicht weit entfernt. Für einen einfachen Aufenthalt gut geeignet.
Die Klimaanlage war verpilzt, weil der Filter gereinigt werden müsste (das zeigt auch das Gerät an). Die Wände sind etwas dünn, so dass man ein paar Geräusche von den Nachbarn hört.

No habia aire acondicionado . La Recepción solo era por la tarde. Las sabanas y las toallas no las cambiaron estuvimos 2 días es el primera vez que ocurre.
