On first place I liked the service, right from the arrival we was welcomed very well from the staff. The SPA was amazing, the food in the restaurant very tasty and the breakfast was so full, I could not find something that is missing.
I only missed a smoking room/area

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. The staff are kind and genuinely friendly, never intrusive, yet always there when you need them. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged.
It’s a bit of a pity that the pool and spa area aren’t larger. The lobby could also use a few more seating options, as it would make it even more comfortable and welcoming for guests to relax.

Nice pools, comfortable rooms, very good food!
It says “children aged 12 and under are allowed to use Wellness and Spa until 20 p.m.” But in reality it should say: “children aged 12 and under are allowed to Wellness and Spa - only to use Salty room, nothing else.”
I was dissapointed that the kids are actually not allowed to use Wellness and Spa.

It was so hot inside the room that we couldn’t sleep comfortably, when asked for AC the staff said there is no AC available they told us to open the windows…
The heat in the room was annoying , also we wanted to go to a swimming pool with our kid , and they said the kid cannot go to the pool after 8pm which makes no sense , our joy is to get swim with our kid , we went there because of him ..
