Nice apartment close to skiing

Nice apartment in good shape , quite close to ski lifts and to the village.

Some kitchen equipment was missing, but the service team was very helpful and reacted quickly.

I can't recommend enough this apartment. We find this apartment very comfy and fully equipped kitchen , bathroom's and bedrooms ( every room was having a smart TV). Very worm and familiar, I was feeling like home here !

Good spacious accommodation. Unacceptable way of charging & refunding deposit

Spacious apartment with good facilities. Cleanliness was good and parking space was available.

The reason why I have given a low rating is the for the EUR300 which was charged to my card for deposit. Even though it was refunded, I ended up losing SGD40 for the exchange rate which was used for making the charge versus the exchange rate used for the refund. I don't understand why the deposit amount couldn't be just kept as an authorisation hold and then released once the guest check outs (like most hotels do), instead of actually charging the card and then refunding it. I basically ended up paying an additional amount for absolutely no reason. Please correct this process of yours.

Nice accommodation with nice view. Wifi strong. Parking OK and easy. Ski room. Communications with apartment very good level. Near bus station, restaurants and something more. We will be back again :-)

There is a folding bed/couch which is extra comfortable just like regular bed.

We were 6 of us and the only thing we were missing was a bit more kitchen equipment like strainer, kitchenware, glasses and cups.

Keurig verzorgd op een goede locatie.

Vriendelijk ontvangst en keurig schoon allemaal. Woonde een meneer beneden die je alles kon vragen. Bij sneeuwval werd ook snel gehandeld dat alles toegankelijk was met de auto. Wij hadden alle appartementen met een grote groep. Was prima te doen allemaal.

Wszystko zgodnie z opisem. Bardzo komfortowy apartament dla 3-osobowej grupy narciarskiej. Bardzo sprawna komunikacja, mocno "zautomatyzowana".

Trochę większy telewizor byłby dobrym udogodnieniem dla wieczornych seansów filmowych i sportowych.

Lekkere rustige omgeving niet aan de weg, ski liftjes dichtbij ect. Redelijk dicht bij het centrum.

Douche liep niet door maar simpel op te lossen en der lag geen bezem en stoffer en blik in het huis voor de rest prima

الذهاب للسنتر سيرًا سهل ولكن العودة متعب قليلاً لمن ليس متعود على المشي لان الشقه في اعلى الطريق بمسافة تقريبًا 15 دقيقة

Vi havde et dejligt ophold i Zell Am See med masser af oplevelser, der var nemme at komme til med offentligt transport.

En fin fungerende lejlighed ikke langt fra centrum. Der var en altan, som solen sjældent ramte og bruset fra vandløbet ved huset var voldsom højt. Der var pænt og rent med håndklæder og sengetøj. Der kunne dog godt trænge til ny seng i soveværelset. Med opholdet var der gæstekort, der gav adgang til gratis bus + tog. Det benyttede vi meget - også til Salzburg. Det er nemt at tage bus og tog. Skal ikke forveksles med Kaprun sommerkortet, som også har sine fordele. Men der var 10% på de fleste oplevelser.

Der er ikke så meget - ferielejligheden var efter prisens standard.

Het uitzicht heel kleine douche wc slaapkamer veel te klein we zijn eerder vertrokken wij waren de enige in het apertementen gebouw ze hadden ons een opgrade kunnen geven

Im Badezimmer fehlen Haken, was schon bei mehreren Bewertungen bemängelt wurde, auch fehlt eine Garderobe im WZ. Teilweise etwas abgewohnt.

Superlocatie, rustig en toch op loopafstand van het stadje. De droogruimte voor je skiboots is de beste in de wereld.

Uitzicht is niet bijzonder, maar niets mis mee. Keukenuitrusting wel heel beperkt.
