Located within walking distance to many of the attractions. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Room small but serviceable and has balcony, fridge, t.v. etc. bed very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Free banana and bottle water on arrival.

Aircon working, fan working, TV working, shower working. Friendly staff. Good location. Great value. The staff obviously try hard.

Authentic city stay in between small alleyways.
Super friendly owner which offered us some cold water straight after arriving. It's also possible to refill drinking water at any time.
Luggage storage before check-in and after check-out possible.
Close to party road but super quiet in the room.
Laundry complete & quick service available.
Great value for money.
Fan / AC / Kettle in room!
Bathroom is small but functional with all toiletries available.
Everything fine and happily coming back!!

The staff are incredibly kind here and I'd hate to say anything negative about the space based off this alone. I really appreciated their kindness and help. Free bananas were great every morning. The location is also super great, probably the best spot in HCM to be.
The onsite laundry service was fairly affordable too compared to fees charged elsewhere.
Finding the hotel was a bit difficult, deep in some alleyways, but once you sorted it out, it was easy.
Biggest draw back, which i didn't realize from the pics, there are no windows in the room and I find it incredibly difficult to sleep when there is no natural light. The room was fairly clean but under some of the things in the space it was quite dirty, like under the garbage big in the shower bathroom area, it was terribly gross. I wish they'd just pay more attention to cleaning all aspects of the room.
