Authentic city stay in between small alleyways.
Super friendly owner which offered us some cold water straight after arriving. It's also possible to refill drinking water at any time.
Luggage storage before check-in and after check-out possible.
Close to party road but super quiet in the room.
Laundry complete & quick service available.
Great value for money.
Fan / AC / Kettle in room!
Bathroom is small but functional with all toiletries available.
Everything fine and happily coming back!!

Great location, walking distance to everything we needed. Great value for money. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The owners were lovely and showed us around the property. They offered free drinking water and a banana each day which was a great touch. The rooms also had a fridge which was very convenient.
Could be a little bit noisy.

The bed was comfortable and the owner was really accommodating with late check in and a really quick laundry service
It was hard to find the location as this guesthouse is located within a maze of really small narrow streets in Ho Chi Minh

The staff are incredibly kind here and I'd hate to say anything negative about the space based off this alone. I really appreciated their kindness and help. Free bananas were great every morning. The location is also super great, probably the best spot in HCM to be.
The onsite laundry service was fairly affordable too compared to fees charged elsewhere.
Finding the hotel was a bit difficult, deep in some alleyways, but once you sorted it out, it was easy.
Biggest draw back, which i didn't realize from the pics, there are no windows in the room and I find it incredibly difficult to sleep when there is no natural light. The room was fairly clean but under some of the things in the space it was quite dirty, like under the garbage big in the shower bathroom area, it was terribly gross. I wish they'd just pay more attention to cleaning all aspects of the room.
