Excellent location for baseball families. Close to groceries. The house is furnished and have utensils, coffee makers, plates, cups, etc which exceeded our expectations.The host is kind.

The house is large and spacious. There are window ACs upstairs in each bedroom that worked out great. The house is older and dated. The furniture, fixtures, flooring is all very dated. Also, there was no dishwasher in the kitchen. It had a lot of kitchen utilities also with a grill. There are not a lot options near Cooperstown for a larger group.
