It has a perfect location as it is in a residential area with restaurants and services nearby. There is plenty of parking and a front and back porch with a backyard for outdoor dining. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and the kitchen is fully furnished with cooking utensils. 55 Inch flat screen TV with an Amazon Firestick & free wifi.

This is the perfect location to travel back and forth to ASV. The house had plenty of room for the 6 of us with the 1st floor room and bathroom perfect for my elderly parents. Though this house is 100 years old and not perfect, it was updated to today’s standards. Extra thanks to Dave, who let us check in a little early (after red eye flights) to get refreshed and settled before opening ceremonies.

The location of this place was ideal. Easy to get to the park and back especially with checking on pet or dodging the heat. It’s literally 1/2 mile to lot F (busy days) and essentially 3/4 to lot E or 1 mile to main entrance. Many restaurants are within walking distance — Dunkin or Muddy Water for morning coffee, DQ for ice cream after hot ballpark day and Sloans for dinner. The house is clean and basic. AC worked very well for the unseasonably hot days. It’s small but manageable. Most of the time, we were at the fields and only needed a place to cool off and sleep. Dave was very responsive and an excellent resource. It was a good stay.
