Great location, under 20 minute stroll to Pollença main square. Lovely outside space and pool. Plenty hot water and no issues with power or water. Decent shower on ground floor and plenty clean towels. Had a towel change midweek. Not far from main road so a little traffic noise but not too invasive.
It could use a little TLC to repair cracked plaster and missing tiles. The pool tiles could do with a scrub and the entrance gate needs oiled. A tray to carry food outdoors would be great as would a couple of small tables. We love cats so not an issue having four practically in permanent residence outside but it did mean being quick to close all doors whilst trying to ferry food outside and watching they didn’t enter the house or jump onto the table.

Mooie, zeer rustig gelegen villa. Goed communicatie met de eigenaar en Portvil. Na twee dagen schone handdoeken en badlakens. Ruime koelkast en volledig ingerichte keuken! Perfecte uitvalsbasis naar alle dorpjes in het noordwesten.
De bedden zijn steenhard. Dat was voor ons de enige tegenvaller.
