About this apartment rental
Come relax and enjoy the world-famous sugar white beaches of the Emerald Coast in this beautifully decorated condo. This 1430sq foot, 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo features a 30-foot private beach-front balcony, high speed wireless internet and free beach service March 1st through the Sunday after Thanksgiving. (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.) This spacious condo has a king size bed in the master bedroom with custom walk in shower in the attached bathroom. The guest bedroom is equipped with 2 queen beds and an attached bathroom with a tub shower combo. The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets, counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. The living room features new leather sofa and love seat. Full size washer and dryer in the laundry room. This unit has tile throughout. Separate ice maker can be found in the wet bar. Condo does not have a landline phone and is non smoking.

Unfortunately we did not have water for one entire day. We were notified that this would occur after we had gotten there. It was MOST inconvenient. With 4 adults in the condo things got serious. I truly expect to be compensated for the inconvenience.

Love love love this area stay in several of these condos over the last four years. We absolutely love it. Room was fabulous. The only problem we had was they had the bathroom blocked where you could not access it unless you walk through the other bedroom to get to it. We’ve never had that happen before not sure why they would do that we pay for the whole unit, but besides that the condominium was amazing. I recommend that they do not do this. I will not stay in this one again because of that issue, I like my own bathroom. But I will be back just a different unit.

The room was great, I have no bad things to say about the room but the front desk... It is very disheartening that no one sits at the front desk, that a bell needs to be rung and it makes it seem like customer service is not something they focus on. Then I received and email that I didn't turn in my room key. I know for a fact that I put all 3 keys and that awkward shaped drop box, dropping all 3 keys in there, the camera is right there, you can see me drop in all 3 keys. But instead is was charged $30!!!!!! for a $4 key... It will take a lot for me to return back to Gulfgate, especially since the same room will not be almost 3 times the amount for the next year.
