This was my second year in the same unit. It definitely did not disappoint. My opinion you can't get a better location the Destin Gulfgate and unit 203 now feels very familiar. Staff was friendly but didn't really have to interact with them, ( we checked late and left early). In my opinion if you don't have to bug the front dest they are doing there job. Bailey at the beach/chair check-in was very friendly, and did a great job making beach time seamless. This will be an annual trip for my family - got to get booked for next year!

Our family has stayed at Destin Gulfgate several times in various condos and never been dissatisfied with the Gulfgate staff, facilities, location and access to the beautiful beach. We we a little disappointed this time with our condo. The mattresses were all old and need to be replaced. The master king bed has a hump in the middle. There was plenty of bathroom towels but lacked extra linens, pillows and blankets for the pull out couch, which also needs a new mattress.The kitchen appliances were newer but there was a lack of larger serving bowls and cooking/serving utensils, there was only one pot holder. We will always stay at Destin Gulfgate and will recommend it to others but will not rent 203 again.
