De locatie is echt fantastisch. We hebben meerdere keren gelopen naar Zanzibar voor bijvoorbeeld ons oud en nieuw feest en de nieuwjaarsduik waardoor we geen gezeur hadden met de auto. Verder is de tuin mega chil om te relaxen en is het huis gewoon netjes en strak ingericht

De villa was perfect en had alle benodigde faciliteiten voor een fijn vakantie. Mooi zwembad met fijne lounge bedden. Centrale ligging op Jan Thiel, op loopafstand van strand en supermarkt. De host Danny was altijd bereikbaar voor vragen en goede tips.

The outside facilities were adequate with a good location with nice swimming pool, and BBQ possibilities. The welcome and flexibility of the hosting company (not the owners themselves) was also good.

- The contact with the owner was impersonal and I was basically threatened with a cancelled booking if I did not make a the payment within 24 hours. He said it was due to their payment policy, but in reality he was late contacting me for payment. The underlying reason was that there was a waiting list for the property, with the owner likely standing to make more profit from other bookings with higher list prices from other websites. - The house is also cheaply outfitted: a 2 burner portable stove, no dishwasher, no washing machine, cheap wall furnishings basically falling off the walls, broken chairs and in 2 out of 3 bedrooms no where to place luggage/clothing. These are things that you expect to be better in a accommodation in this price class and would recommend staying elsewhere for beter price/quality ratio.
