About this villa rental
Villa Vista Curacao
On two floors are two identical living areas. Both living areas are connected by a lockable inner staircase. Both living areas can also be reached independently from outside. You will use entire Villa Vista Curacao for your own. The layout is perfect for families with children, for friends, couples and also for a holiday combination with grandparents, parents and children. The pure luxury is, of course, to enjoy the whole villa by itself.
The upper floor has a spectacular sea view on the large porch and direct access to the pool deck and the garden. The lower floor is on the ground floor and has direct access via the terrace to the pool deck and to the garden.
Ground Floor:
2 double bedrooms each with their own bathroom, 1 guest bathroom, open living-dining area with a transition to the open kitchen, very large terrace, terrace access directly through the living/dining area, pool and garden access directly over the terrace. Living area inside: 150sqm. Suitable for a maximum of 4 people.
First Floor:
2 double bedrooms each with their own bathroom and each with their own balcony, 1 guest bathroom, open living/dining area with transition to the open kitchen, very large porch, porch access directly through the living/dining area, pool and garden access via the outside Porch. Living area inside: 150sqm. Suitable for a maximum of 4 people.
Kitchens
Both kitchens are identically equipped with: refrigerator, icebox, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, cutlery, dishes, kitchen block, cabinets. It is particularly noteworthy that the tap water is absolutely clean and can be consumed safely.
Living/dining area
The living/dining areas are spacious and go into the open kitchen. Each living area has a dining table and 6 chairs. In the living area there is a comfortable leather couch, two designer chairs, a couch table and a media sideboard on which the flat screens stand. We also provide Sonos speaker.
Bedroom with bathroom
Each bedroom has new King-Size box-spring beds and a wardrobe. From the bedroom you can directly access your own bathroom. Every bathroom has modern showers. The left bedroom on each floor also has a safe. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning.
Guest bathroom
Each floor has an additional modern guest bathroom in the hallway.
Villa Vista is a completely non-smoking house. We ask you to smoke only outdoors. Pets are not allowed.
FREE WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS
Throughout the house and in the garden, we offer a fast WIFI Internet connection. The use is of course free of charge for you.
TV / Radio
TV and Radio has internet access with Apple TV and Smart TV. You will receive your favorite senders.
Garden and private pool
The pool deck is made of high quality tropical wood and gives the garden a special touch. The pool is about 4 meters wide, 8 meters long and about 1.80 meters deep. Please make sure, that children and non-swimmers not unattended in the pool area are. Around the pool there are white sunbathers ready for sunbathing. From the pool deck leads a small footpath into the country-typical Palapa. The Palapa is 4m x 4m and is covered with palm leaves. The sides are open, so that you can sunbath as well as enjoy the soft wind on the magnificent lounge furniture or in the hammock. In the garden boasts palm trees and other plants and an outside shower is at the pool.
The whole property is safe and completely protected. The front is embossed by a black metal fence and an e-gate. The other sides are surrounded by a 2 meter high wall and nice flowers.
The house has an alarm system, which is directly connected to the Jan Thiel Security. In addition, Jan Thiel security is patrolling the streets and the houses at irregular intervals. Curaçao and especially Vista Royal are safe.
We are renting out also our Pickup-Truck. Please ask, if you are intersted in.

We were a group of four couples in our late 50s to early 60s, and overall we found the accommodations to be well suited to our needs. The location was excellent—close to everything we wanted to do—and communication with the host was very good and helpful throughout our stay.Our only concern was the unrealistic limit placed on electricity and water usage. We made a strong effort to conserve energy and only ran the air conditioning at night while sleeping. When booking, each couple paid a substantial additional amount, and we reasonably assumed that this would allow for increased utility usage. Unfortunately, that was not the case.There is a strict allotment for electricity and water, and any usage beyond that results in extra charges. I did discuss this with the host, but we disagreed on what constitutes a reasonable allowance. When renting a vacation property, guests should not feel obligated to endure uncomfortable daytime temperatures just to avoid extra fees. At the very least, being able to run the air conditioning at night for comfortable sleep should be included without additional charges—especially given the price already paid.The additional cost to our group was around 250 USD to split amongst the 4 couples, which isnt substantial, but considering we were already hyper conservative with usage, it doesn’t sit well

Clean, spacious and great outdoor space by the pool. Also in an ideal location near Jan Thiel, restaurants and grocery stores.

This is a nice, clean villa in a good, safe location. It is a short walk to Jan Thiel Beach area with beach, shops, restaurants and grocery. While usable, the appliances in the villa need replacement. The racks in the upstairs apartment size refrigerator were all rusted. The downstairs refrigerator is a larger side by side but every door bin is missing so the refrigerator got filled up pretty quickly. The clothes washer was tiny and literally took about 3 hours to do a small load. We had to wash our beach towels everyday because each person was only given one beach towel. We could fit 4 towels in the machine. There is no dryer but we could dry towels on the line before the next load was done washing. The outdoor area is the star of the show. The palapa is wonderful and the covered patio was no doubt the most used area of the home. Unfortunately the decking around the pool is showing its age with some severe weathering and rusty screws. We worried about splinters in our feet so we wore flip flops around the pool. The decking does not look like the online photos. The very large resident iguana visits several times a day and we had to keep cleaning up the feces around the pool.There is no air conditioning in the main part of the villa. The kitchen and dining area get extremely hot. Each bedroom has its own A/C. The upstairs railing is low, very rusted and a safety hazard. This is a nice villa but not a “luxury” or “first class” villa as advertised.
