Located in the upscale Vista Royal neighborhood, Villa Kas Solo offers a peaceful retreat just minutes from Jan Thiel Beach and its lively beach clubs and restaurants.
The villa is designed to take full advantage of refreshing island breezes, flowing naturally through the interiors and terraces. Modern in style, it features ocean views from the upper deck, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing stay in Curaçao.
The ground floor offers a sleek, fully equipped kitchen and spacious living areas. Step outside to your private pool, relax on the sun loungers, or dine under the covered veranda with its outdoor kitchen, ideal for meals outside. A separate elevated terrace with a shaded palapa offers panoramic views of the pool, ocean, and surrounding island.
Comfort is key at Villa Kas Solo: all bedrooms have air conditioning, hot water is available, and both 110V and 220V outlets are provided. Guests enjoy exclusive use of the villa, with hosts available via WhatsApp for any assistance.
Vista Royal is one of the most sought-after areas in Jan Thiel. Everything you need is within walking distance: supermarket, shops, bars, restaurants, fitness center, spa, casino, beach clubs, and, of course, the beach. The Spanish Water area is nearby, and the center of Willemstad is just a 20-minute drive away. We recommend renting a car to explore the island fully, and we’re happy to provide local rental suggestions.

Our nightly rate covers the accommodation and WIFI. In addition, a fixed utility fee per night will be charged to cover water and electricity usage. To support sustainability and avoid unnecessary charges, we kindly ask guests to use utilities responsibly.
A one-time cleaning fee is also applied per stay. This includes professional cleaning before arrival and standard check-out cleaning. Overall very nice stay!
Luxery house nice pool and both outside en inside plenty of good and very useable space.
Advertisment not fully accurated, no 4 bedrooms and bathrooms but only 3 available for gasts. One bathroom with no hotwater!
