We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Kaminda. The area felt quiet and safe, and the location was very convenient — close to a small beach, restaurants, and a supermarket. The hosts were extremely responsive throughout the whole process, from pre-booking questions to post-booking communication, and check-in and checkout were both fast and easy. The villa itself is bright, spacious, and well laid out, with all the necessities you need for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean, in good working order, and the beds were very comfortable. We especially enjoyed spending evenings by the pool and using the BBQ.

The main downside was the pricing transparency. The amount ultimately charged ended up being a little higher than the final price shown on Booking.com, by about 100–200 CAD, even excluding the electricity overage. Also, the security deposit collected was 500 USD rather than the 325 USD listed on Booking.com. This may simply mean that the Booking.com listing details are out of date, but it would be helpful for future guests if the pricing and deposit information were updated to match what is actually being charged.
