This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom standard rated condominium is located one block from the core of downtown Aspen, and it just a short 200 yard walk to the base of Lift 1A ski lift. This top/second-floor condominium also has a nice deck with mountain views. This condo features one off-street private parking space, a gas fireplace, a fully stocked kitchen, and a nice flatscreen TV in the living room. Bedding is a queen bed in the master and two twin beds in the second bedroom, which can be pushed together to make a king if requested prior to arrival.
