About this apartment rental

Located just one block away from Aspen Mountain and downtown Aspen at 718 S mill street this beautiful and charming garden level condo provides upmost convenience and privacy . It is an ideal location for skiers, as well as guests wishing to stroll the streets of Aspen and enjoy the town's shops, restaurants, entertainment. The bus station is also located just minutes away for quick access to Buttermilk, Aspen Highlands, and Snowmass.

Additionally, the condominium complex FASHINGHAUS WEST includes all the charm of a ski lodge, while providing all of the modern conveniences one would expect with a stay in Aspen. It offers a heated pool and jacuzzi, which is always kept and maintained at 110 degrees temperature and can be accessed directly from the master bedroom. Also a grill is located by the pool to entertain your guests .

We continually upgrade the unit to make sure that guests are comfortable. The unit includes a living room, entryway coat closet, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a comfortable SLEEPER sofa, a private porch, and a wonderful 55-inch flat screen TV. The kitchen is also equipped with a subzero refrigerator, bosche diswasher, and a viking oven. We have also added a Nespresso coffee machine.

All in all, our condo seeks to provide all the comforts of home away from home in the lovely town of Aspen. We look forward to welcoming you!

My husband and I went to Aspen Food & Wine with another couple, and we were very happy with our condo! It was spacious, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked. The location was extremely easy to walk to our events and just across from the St. Regis Hotel. Communication was great with the manager, and I highly recommend this place.

The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. The manager responded quickly when we requested sheets for the sofabed and a couple of extra towels, which was greatly appreciated. The only suggestion would be to have more ice trays, but overall, it was an excellent stay.

The condo is clean and excellently located. Everything is a short walk away. It’s a 4-5 min walk to the gondola and you can ski pretty much right back to the unit. The beds were comfortable and linens clean. We were very happy with our stay! The one small downside is that with 4 people staying skiing the lack of a mud room forces the living room to become a bit crowded with lots of gear, ski bags, boots, drying coats, gloves, etc. The host was very responsive and kind! Overall would recommend.

A group of us stayed here for a girls trip to Aspen and all agreed the condo was great. The location couldn't be better as it's close to everything all the restaurants and shopping in downtown Aspen and just steps from the St Regis and Aspen mountain, plus the host was very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend this stay

Overall great stay and vicinity to the event we were going to was perfect! The clothes dryer was new, but couldn’t get it to work. We were advised that the filter needed to be cleaned after each use, which we did (all three) but still had little luck with it. More towels provided would have been nice, a scrubber/sponge for kitchen also would have appreciated and the half eaten salad left in the fridge should have been removed. But, overall would recommend, value was good.

This property was perfect for a friend trip to Aspen (group of 5). In addition to ample bathroom/bedroom/common area space and comfortable beds, the property has a great location (within 3 blocks to bars, restaurants, and gondola). Would definitely stay here again.

On one of the days we entered accommodation to be almost gagged by smell of gas IN the accommodation. Had hard time communicating situation with owner, but eventually (several hours later), the property manager (HOA?) acknowledged that there was a leak and handled it for us. Out of precaution we still kept windows open that night. Fortunately we checked out the next day. Thanks for the opportunity to share this experience. [By the way, guests staying there were my husband Clay and our daughter Jessica - I personally was not on this trip this time.]

Sadly, inadequate space for ski vacation clothing storage in any area existed. Insufficient eating utensils, tableware and minuscule kitchen along with nominal common area made guests uncomfortable throughout the ten (10) day stay. Even the use of the complex hot tub was a major disappointment due to the jet system not in working order. It is highly unlikely this unit could be given a positive recommendation. The amount paid for the stay was Aspen exorbitant but without the "Aspen" expectations. Our group has been skiing out West for 45+ years and deem this to be the poorest housing choice we ever made! We can only say, "don't do it!"

This apartment was truly perfect for our Aspen stay! The location is right next to the St. Regis and a 5 minute walk to the Aspen chair lift. I come to Aspen every year, so having this convenient location and space was the best that I've ever had! Everything felt clean and modern and it was a very great value for the price. My friends also said that the pullout was very comfortable. For a couple of days of the stay, we had 6 girls, and it still felt spacious enough for everyone. Akram was very communicative, nice and easy to work with from the moment I booked the VRBO. There is staff on-site to help, and also a really beautiful and nice pool and hot tub. It was a lot nicer in person than in the photos. Overall, it was a great time!! Thanks Akram!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Even in the summer when it’s warm in Aspen, the condo didn’t get too hot because it’s on a lower level and protected by shade. The condo is convenient to downtown, making it easy to get to all the restaurants and shops. The beds and bedding were comfortable too.

We loved our stay at the condo. Can’t beat the location, set back enough to be quiet and just a few blocks from the action. Great for getting to both the gondola and in to town for coffee or a meal, all on foot. The condo layout was perfect for our family of three.
