Cottonwoods unit 2F is an economy rated two bedroom, two bath condominium conveniently located in the western area of Aspen's downtown core. It is a spacious condominium with ample room in the living room and dining area. You will discover beautiful wood ceiling beams extending throughout the condo accompanied by a living room wall accented in brick and pine, providing a quiet charm and rustic feel to this mountain abode. Oversized Windows strategically spaced throughout the unit allow the brilliant Colorado sunshine to light up the condo while providing welcoming views of Aspen Mountain and surrounding areas. This condominium is comfortable and close to everything that Aspen has to offer! It is just a short walk to Aspen's spectacular dining, shopping, entertainment and skiing, and the front entrance deck has views of Aspen Mountain. With a full kitchen, a dining area for six, a wood -burning brick inlaid fireplace, cable TV with HBO, wireless internet,a community washer and dryer,and off-street parking, this unit is well supplied and a great value for lodging in Aspen's downtown. The first bedroom has a queen bed,and the second has two twins(that can be made into a king). There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also a designated parking spot in the rear lot.Please display your parking permit on the dashboard. Like many Aspen homes, this unit does not have AC. We provide cooling units and fans, and Colorado's cool summer nights allow the home to cool down naturally in the eveningsPlease note: No Pets allowed. Really loved our stay! It had an old school Aspen chic flair, was super clean, and quite spacious for a group of 3. Lots of towels provided too and the hosts were super responsive to every message.

Had a great stay at the Cottonwoods, the condo was clean and had essential appliances. The location was great, within walking distance to all the Aspen attractions. Hosts were very responsive and the check-in process was seamless. Will definitely be staying here again in future visits.

The condo is perfect for a group and close to downtown. It is no frills but a good base for skiing all day. The sofa bed is slightly uncomfortable but ok for a weekend!

Outdated! Old furnishing, no lids for pots and pans, missing utensils, non functioning kitchen drawers and cabinets...And not on the bus route or close to lift 1A.
