Parking is one big issue. The owner is very friendly. As it turned out, the room we got is small for the three of us and there was no extra mat or bed given although we did not request for it. The property is conveniently located near bus stops and walkable from the city center. It's a bit pricey.
The unfriendly neighbor of the property. She shouted at us that we can't park near the trash bin when in fact the owner told us we can. Parking space is hard at this property.
