1) Good for relax in a quiet place
2) Good scenery view.
3) This is a much cooling place compare to Goh Tong Jaya.
4) Not so crowded.
1) Road access - Quite dark if to travel at night to this location.
2) Property Outlook - Lack of maintenance not sure if is due to long MCO and cant find people to do the maintenance. Suppose is a quite brand new property but you can see the floor tile crack, moisture wall, dirty and fade exterior wall, rusted exterior.
3) Facility - Not many facilities within the property although connecting multi blocks to a common facilities area. Small sauna place, swimming pool view ruined by dirty windows, messy gaming area
4) Limited choice of food.
