Amazing duplex penthouse with a great view of the mountains and Genting Resort. Super spacious, very comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the karaoke.

Lift can be slow at times

Nice secenary, cooling and fresh air. Got electric cooker to cook our simple meals. Got ice cubes inside the freezer. Got microwave to heat up our food. Karaoke set was good. Got Japanese songs too.

The double decker beds was not stable, very scary if sleep at the upper deck. Table tennis table was too low and short everybody has to bend down to play very tiring. Took a long time to find the mail box.

The space is huge and have facilities inside the penthouse. The karaoke was a big hit especially for gatherings in such a big place with friends. Pool table and little ping pong table was great too. Enjoyed it.

The description should be clearer as to what the place have and what each room has in terms of bedding arrangements. There were no spare toilet paper (but was quickly provided when requested). Some tissue boxes would be useful as well or at least let us know what it exactly have so we could bring ourselves. A few wall sockets does not work in the unit at the dry kitchen. No coffee machine but we brought our own. Not specifically a unit's issue but overall this apartment complex is crowded and checkout time was a big waiting time for lifts to get down. Should consider staggering check-out time and staff with huge trolleys to use service lift and not during check-out time.
