Inaccurate information

Nothing. We couldn’t check-in (hotel was closed during advertised check-in hours) so we left and were subsequently promised a refund. We’re still awaiting payment 2 months later.

Advertised check-in times were wrong (and have still not been corrected). Very slow to refund despite acknowledging fault.

The location was convenient, next to the train station of Aadorf village.

Everything was fine and good and clean, no negatives. However, we stayed during the New-Year holiday when it is generally quiet on the streets and in the local restaurant.

Weekend to visit a friend in Ellg, stay in Aadorf.

The room was modern with a good bed. The host was friendly and I'd definitely recommend the place. I'll stay there again should I be returning to the area. I had a minor problem that was instantly resolved.

There's nothing I did not like. A reading light or small lamp on the bedside table would be a good addition.

La localisation et le restaurant

Les chambres n’ont pas été faites après la 1ère nuit lors du séjour de 2 nuits. Il a fallut attendre la fin de l’après-midi pour avoir des serviettes propres le 2ème jour. Déçu de ces 2 prestations

Einfach, nett und authentisch

Wir sind außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten/Checkin gekommen und konnten uns telefonisch austauschen um eine gemeinsame Lösung zu finden. Hotelzimmer war super sauber und das Bett so bequem ! Da wir aufs Frauenfeld Festival gehen wollten und die Verbindungen nicht ganz klar waren, wurde uns auch hier geholfen. Auto konnten wir auf dem Parkplatz (im Schatten) stehen lassen, was bei den Temperaturen wichtig ist. Wer in der Gegend ist kann auch einfach für die gute Küche vorbeikommen, war ebenfalls besser als der Rest drum herum. Also danke für den netten Empfang und bis nächstes Jahr !

Lage (Nähe zu Bahnhof), Lärm (wegen Hitze nachts offene Fenster (unklimatisiert) -> Güterzüge), synthetische Bettwäsche (schwitzen bei dieser Wärme)

Gut für eine Übernachtung.

Gut vorbereitetes Frühstück ab 6 Uhr (Käse, Wurst, Schinken, Butter, Büffet mit Cerealien, Getränke im Kühlschrank). Personal war freundlich auch gegenüber Haustieren, obwohl eine Servicekraft Angst vor Hunden hat.

Wir hatten bei unserer Ankunft im Zimmer hunderte von Stubenfliegen, teils lebendig, teils halbtot, teils tot. Das Zimmer war sehr eng.

Preis für ein Zimmer das zwar als Doppelzimmer angeboten wird aber nicht mal einer genug Platz hat, keine Klimaanlage. Fenster kann Man nicht öffnen, weil direkt am Bahnhof . Ein sehr teures Zimmer für so eine missliche Ausstattung und nicht einmal ein Frühstück ist dabei!

Das Zimmer war modern und zweckmässig ausgestattet, das Bad etwas älter. Alles sehr sauber. Das Personal sehr nett und das Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant sehr gut.

Leider wurden wir morgen früh um 08.00 Uhr von der Reinigungskraft sehr unsanft geweckt, obwohl wir das "Nicht-Stören Schild" ausgehängt hatten. Im Preis ist kein Frühstück inbegriffen.
