Near Kek Lok Si Buddhist Temple & Penang Hill, Morning Market within 1-2 minutes walk. A lots of local hawker food
If festival traffic around here will be heavy

Very good location
Place seems to be abit run down. No hot water in the morning , door was damaged , didn't seem to close properly had to use force to shut the door. No remote for TV . No complimentary bottled water. Room too close to elevator staff working outside of my room, very noisy during the day.
