    I looked for a hotel within my means and it served the purpose. Staff were helpful and pleasant, good level of cleanliness too. Great location.

    Its been 3yrs since I last stay in hotel. TV been upgraded to ‘smart tv’ with plenty of channels. 2btls of water provided daily n Breakfast is included (from 7.30am) Location is great as many food options nearby, theres also a bakery + Supermarket + 711. Sadly Air Itam has more tourists compared to 3yrs ago and the hotel rate has also increased greatly. Still the comfy bed, clean towels & convenience is still worth paying more.

    It's a home-feel old hotel. Air ventilation system is not good. Whole hotel covered by rotten rubbish smell. Front desk staff has to be younger generation with well hospitality trained quality for first good impression. Booked twin bedded, but assigned twin bedded. TV remote control is mulfunction. Overall, i will opt for other hotel nearby with the similar rate.
