The outside area was lovely and we liked having two living spaces. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, bowls, glasses & cooking equipment.
BBQ had minimal heat and sausages very easily fell off the griddle into the flames/fat collection area!

The gas ducted heating didn't work on the first night and then discovered later the gas cylinder was empty.
Stove was not cleaned properly.
Some of the beds in the bunk rooms not comfortable.

Lovely location, the back garden is a great area and feature - the kitchen was very well equipped with what was needed. Comfy beds and good showers.
Despite requesting and paying for the optional linen, we were not provided linen for one of the double beds and had to use flat sheets that were for one of the single children beds. One of the quilt covers was also dirty on one of the kids beds. The DVD player did not work, which was a shame when there were so many dvd's to play.
