Waikiki Views

Great location for exploring Phillip Island, with the beach just a short walk away. The house was very well equipped with everything needed for cooking and enjoying quality time together as a family. The layout and space were especially conducive for children to play and spend time together, and our kids had such a wonderful time. Management was also very responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. We had a fantastic stay overall.

Not specific to this property, but the requirement to bring your own linen and towels (which seems common in the area) can be a little challenging, especially for families or shorter stays. The property did offer linen hire, though the additional cost per person felt quite high. Aside from this, we had a very good stay and appreciated the hospitality.

Spacious, clean and within close proximity to the beach, shops and attractions

There is no heating downstairs. That made it more difficult on a cold, wet day to use all of the property space

The views were as good as I imagined, the kids loved the pool table and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with just about every utensil and appliance you might need supplied. Nice quiet location although it is winter may not be the same in the Christmas holidays.

The mattress protectors and doonas did not look like they had been changed. The cleaners have not been cleaning behind the sink in the main bathroom as the build up of dust and lint indicated.
