Big enough to accomodate our large family
The steps - my sister is disabled and losing mobility so we will not be able to use this property again unfortunately.

Great location. Well set up with all the necessary facilities we required.
Very spacious.
The taps require attention. There is a water leak in the downstairs bedroom.
Both matters have been reported to Phillip Island Homes.

Great location close to the beach. Had lots of amenities incl bbq, kitchen pots, pans, plates, utensils etc. Nice outdoor balcony overlooking the waters.
Description says two toilets downstairs, but there was only one toilet. Bed mattresses upstairs are lumpy.
