My experience was negative. initially the owner revealed that he was even available, however when we arrived and found that there was no knife, the sheets were messy and poorly maintained and other situations, we did not receive any response from the owner. simply ignored us. The neighborhood is far from the city and in an area that we later learned does not guarantee great security at night. When entering the building we have difficulty because there are rubbish bins inside the prison which makes it smell like rubbish inside.

Rien. J’ai du quitter le logement d’urgence.

Mon séjour dans ce logement a été un véritable cauchemar. À l’arrivée, j’ai trouvé : • Des fourmis sortant de l’évier, • Des insectes morts sur les plinthes, • Une araignée vivante et sa toile directement sur la tête de lit, • Climatisation et ventilateur en panne, dans une chaleur étouffante, • Pour aérer, il fallait ouvrir un rideau métallique donnant directement sur la rue, ce qui rend le logement complètement exposé et non sécurisé. Le logement était dans un état d’insalubrité inacceptable, et les coordonnées fournies pour contacter l’hôte étaient erronées. Je déconseille fortement ce logement pour des raisons d’hygiène, de sécurité et de confort.

Le code de la porte de l immeuble était erroné, heureusement seulement d une lettre. Aucune réponse de l hôte à mes messages pour avoir une facture. Un micro onde serait le bienvenu.

Petit studio dans la cour d'un immeuble, au premier. De par sa situation, il n'y a pas de vue... sauf sur le toit d'une sous pente qui est recouvert déchet, mais ce n'est pas la responsabilité de l'hôte bien sûr; c'est juste que ce n'est pas agréable, mais en hiver, peu d'incidence, on a gardé le store baissé. Le chauffage fonctionne parfaitement, il fait bon. La pièce est bien éclairée. Le studio est bien agencé.

Nous n'avons pas utilisé la kitchenette hormis le café nespresso du matin (deux pastilles à disposition, mais c'est tout, apportez votre sucre). La salle de bain est fonctionnelle, mais là encore, ne pas s'attendre aux équipements d'une chambre d'hôtel: vous trouverez deux serviettes et un gel douche. Une petite corbeille de sdb ou des sacs poubelles dans le studio seraient bienvenus. La literie est correcte... même si le lit n'est pas fait au cordeau! ;-) Les coussins sur le lit auraient besoin d'être changés (traces blanches...) et les oreillers sont un peu plats.
