This spacious home provides a comfortable and peaceful environment to enjoy the natural beauty of the area.
Summit Siesta comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and over 3,000 square feet of living space. The great room features soaring wood beams throughout, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. A gas fireplace with beautiful stone masonry adds to the charm. The fully stocked kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, providing everything you need to prepare family meals. A large dining room table can seat up to 10, with 4 additional bar stools nearby.
The main level features the great room, which is open to the kitchen and dining areas. A powder bath is located on this level, along with a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds, each with a twin trundle bed underneath. A beautiful Jack and Jill bathroom connects these two rooms. Upstairs, you’ll find the spacious master suite with a king bed, en suite bathroom with a jetted tub, and a separate shower.
The lower level features a bunk room with a full-over-full bunk bed and a sleeper sofa, making it ideal for larger groups. Every bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen television for your entertainment. For outdoor enjoyment, a gas grill is available.
Summit Siesta’s prime location puts you just steps away from hiking and biking trails. Plus, the free shuttle bus stop is conveniently located at the end of the road, taking you to downtown Breckenridge or the gondola in minutes.

Our group of 9 adult ladies (Girl's trip) had a wonderful and safe stay. Summit Siesta is in a great location, our Uber and scheduled drivers had no problem getting to us...we even ordered food, oxygen, and groceries which were delivered without issue. The property was clean overall (suggest new covers for light colored bar stools) and we especially enjoyed the heated floors and awesome view. The rental management staff were available and helpful when we reached out to them. I recommend this rental as a great place to stay and will definitely book it again.

Fantastic home, with tons of space and the common area is great. The views of Breckendridge are unmatched being so high up on the mountain. Absolutely worth the drive up from town! Rooms are spacious and accommodating and the bathrooms are very nice. Highly recommend.

Overall, we were very disappointed with this rental. The pictures looked spectacular and the reviews were strong. The property is in a good location, and has great views; however, it is very "tired" inside. The furniture is worn and dirty in the main living area, we found trash under furniture in multiple rooms from previous renters, the bedding in the main floor bedrooms is disgusting--stained, and dirty. Dried blood on comforters and pillows. Found a used Covid-era mask in one of the closets. Coffee pot had mold growing in it. We had to go purchase cleaning supplies to stay for the week. Cobwebs hanging from rafters in the main room. Washing machine was filthy--found socks and other items in the rubber seal. The whole experience was very disappointing. Will not recommend, would never return to this property.
