PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS:

✔️High mountainside with stunning views of the Ten Mile Range (home of Breckenridge Ski Resort) are yours to enjoy! Watch magnificent sunsets and say hello to the fox and moose who call this neighborhood home. At nighttime, the stars shine huge and bright in our official dark-sky community.
✔️Walk 0.3 miles to the free shuttle for transportation to the ski resort and town, or make the short 2-mile drive down to Peak 9 or 2.5 miles to the Gondola and parking garage lots. Note that the walk from shuttle back to house is uphill.
