Our group was comprised of us 7 friends and we had a blast! There was plenty of room to had out, chill, and just have a great time together. Everyone was able to truly unplug and relax. Breck/Fairplay had something for everyone, and we loved every second of it. Thank you for having us, will be back!

The bunk beds were really awesome and the kids loved them. Some things weren't working (a couple of lights and the master curtains), but that's fine. The closeness to Breck was great. Yet, felt distanced. The views were sweeping and stunning, especially when relaxing in the hot tub. Living areas were ample and the game room was where we spent most of our time. Everything worked fine (except the digital scoreboard on the air hockey table) and was the source of a lot of good times and memories. PLUS, there's a great walking trail right outside the house. Perfect location.
