About this house rental
This beautiful 5 bedroom mountain retreat townhome is in a great and convenient location. It is an easy 10 minute walk to downtown Breckenridge with many shops and restaurants and 9 minute walk to the high-speed Quicksilver chairlift at Peak 9. Breckenridge's ice arena is also a short walk away. This is located on the free shuttle route which runs twice an hour, with a stop just steps from the front door.
The home is spacious and can accommodate sleeping for up to 14. This three level home has 5 bedrooms (plus small loft) and 3 bathrooms. Enjoy the oversized deck with private outdoor hot tub and dining after a long day of skiing or hiking. A full stocked kitchen and large vaulted living area is perfect for entertaining.

- Bedroom 2 (main floor): Bunk beds (twin over full) and Trundle (twin)

Location is great. Neighborhood is very nice, quiet and clean. Very close to Main Street shopping and dining.
Condo was nice enough but nothing special. The deep cleaning prior to our visit clearly was not conducted which was very easily seen especially in the downstairs bathrooms. Somebody visiting before us had long curly black hair. Sticky kitchen floors and dining room floors too show the minimal cleaning done prior to our arrival. Wash the bathroom area rugs or really just throw them away.
