Gorgeous Home! Loved the shuttle service! Beds were comfortable! Had a few mechanical issues but Pinnacle was very responsive. Great communication and helpful advice on transportation and events in the area. The only big negative is that there are no window treatments in the bedrooms. Beautiful scenery and mostly private but light sensitive people or napping babies/children posed a problem. The bunk room doesn’t have windows so that’s the only alternative. I also wish it was equipped with a high chair and portacrib. We had to rent it at additional cost. But Beautiful property!!

Was very excited to book a week at the property as it looks amazing w/ description & pics posted online. While location is great, & views incredible, it fell short in many ways. It's unfortunate as there would be some easy fixes to turn this from a 3 star to a 5 star stay.1st, cleanliness was substandard w/ cobwebs in the bathrooms, above stove & other places...many w/in reach & floors were filthy...really showed after walking around in socks. The floors are also in very poor condition, particularly in kitchen where they are young son cut his foot on them.While the kitchen appliances appear to be upgraded, none of them fit or were installed properly & it does not have a very luxury feel to it. Most plates were either chipped or in very poor condition & only given 2 rolls of thin/cheap paper towels & garbage bags that did not fit garbage can...toilet paper was also cheap/thin. Ironing board provided, but no iron & only provided 1 single use laundry this price it should have ample detergent for free.The living room on the main level was extremely disappointing. While the furniture is nice RH quality, it is extremely uncomfortable sitting for any length of time as this is the primary place to hang was pitifully small, especially for the size of the room & inet/wi-fi was very spotty & did not provide adequate coverage for the entire home.Downstairs living area was comfortable and is nice way for families to split up if desired. Wish they had games/puzzles available.Lastly, the only blinds for entire home are in the shared downstairs full bath & bunk bed room. Beyond that there are none & this not only shows light in in the morning, but the home gets incredibly hot. We stayed during winter & I cannot imagine how hot it would get in warm weather as most houses in Summit County have no AC.As mentioned earlier, this place has so much potential, but its not quite ready for prime time.
