We loved the location. The house itself has 5 rooms, each with their own bathroom. There's a kitchen at the back. The neighborhood is noisy (it's the city) but the rooms at the rear of the house are quiet enough, so that was very nice. The owners set us up with a super nice driver to took us to see the temples. The house is about 10 minutes away from the Kraton, 20 minutes away from the Fort and 30 minutes away from the train station.
The house was not extremely dirty but it wasn't clean either (the kitchen sink, the floor and especially the bedsheets).

The location was great for us. The host helped us for making tour arrangements and showing us good places to eat. Any problems were quickly sorted out by the host. Important stuff was all OK, hot water is good, easy to make drink, get water and so on. Great beds! Our host was easy to contact by phone at any time and communicates quickly and very well.
The bathrooms need a little maintenance. The outdoor area and kitchen needs a very good clean and take out the old stuff and clean up the garden. It could use some information in English for the foreign tourist with no Bahasa Indonesia?
