The room was very spacious, with a kitchen as well. The patio was lovely and the whole place was very well arranged with nice touches here and there.
Although being very kind and ready to try and help, the staff spoke very little English, which made it quite frustrating when we needed basic info or help with logistics or arrangements.
The location was average, in a quiet part of town but the downside was that it was really hard to find a tuk tuk or similar to go to town and we had to download and use the Grab app

The place is very homey, makes you feel like you are actually in Jogja, super clean in all corner, bathroom amenities included was a good bonus. Breakfast is homecooked meal, makes our stay feels warm. Staffs are friendly, informative and helpful. We can use the kitchen and stove too. Kids friendly! Highly recommended!

Very good location if you want to visit the popular tourist attractions. Nice couple running the homestay - no English though.
Our room smelt really bad so we had to alternate between leaving the door open to make it bearable and turning on the AC to not overheat. The couple spoke hardly any English.
