Ndalem Diajeng

We had a wonderful stay at Ndalem Diajeng Homestay. It was comfortable, clean with very good breakfast (different every day) and also great location. Christine our host was super welcoming and gave us so many recommendations on places to visit during our time in Yogyakarta. We would definitely stay here again.

Run by a lovely woman who offered free breakfast with both Indonesian & western options which were delicious. The room was huge & so was the bed. Free tea, coffee & water all day!

A lot of ants in our room, some on our bed, we pulled our bed away from the wall which helped so then wasn’t an issue. Location was okay but was right next to the old palace wall so you have to go round this which makes it a longer walk to the main area

Espace convivial, lieu calme-reposant, personnel professionnel. Idéal pour un excellent repos.

Ah la wifi qui n'est pas adaptée. Dommage.

I think the high rating is mainly because of the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again nor recommend it to others.

After someone took a shower, the toilet seat and the entire bathroom floor would remain wet, and you had to use the bathroom barefoot in those conditions. That was really unpleasant. The bathroom was in very poor condition overall. The price is cheap, but this is definitely not a place for a longer stay. I originally planned to stay for five days, but after extending my stay by just one day, I decided to leave. In my opinion, this place is only suitable if you just need somewhere to sleep for one night.
