About this house rental
RETIREMENT IN WHITING is a comfortable 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 8 guests - 3rd bedroom is a screened area in the living room - please refer to photos. Short walk to beach!
Open plan kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, benchtop stove top and oven, dining, lounge area with split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, TV, screened area with queen size bed.
Bathroom with vanity and shower, separate w/c, laundry with top loading washing machine and extra fridge.
Undercover rear outdoor area with outdoor setting and hooded BBQ. Outdoor stove and crab pot available for crab cooking, fish cleaning facility.
Bed configuration - bed 1 -queen, bed 2 - tri-bunk plus single, bed 3 - queen -screened area in the living room.
Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Dogs allowed - yard fully fenced - front fencing is lower - around 900mm high
Nightly tariffs - cleaning, booking and refundable bond fees apply
Peak - 24th Dec to end of Jan school holidays and Easter: 4 night minimum stay
$170 per night
High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay
$145 per night
Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay
$130 per night
Bond may be increased during peak season

Very nice place,but we weren't able to unlock the front door if there was a fire in the middle of the house you couldnt escape.

we stayed here for three nights over a long weekend. The location was nice and quiet but unfortunately there is no mobile or internet reception here (Optus) which made it a little difficult. The house was clean but a little dated. Could do with a freshen up. There was no water when we arrived and no instructions on how/where to turn on the pump and taps on the water tanks but we eventually worked it out. There was also a leak from the drainage system in the front yard which caused a large muddy pool every time we showered.
