Overall a good space with plenty of room downstairs in the lounge/dining/kitchen area. Feels like staying at a beach house or Nan’s house in the 70s/80s - it is not flashy, but homely. Location was excellent.

It is rather tired and could do with some money spent on updates, new beds/bedding and just some general maintenance inside & out.

We recently stayed at this holiday house, and while it's clear that love has been poured into this property in the past, it unfortunately lacks the TLC it needs to truly shine. The house has a beautiful foundation, but the cleanliness standards are not up to par. Upon arrival, we rolled up our sleeves and did our own cleaning to make the space feel like home. Despite the extra effort, the property's potential is being let down by the lack of attention to detail in maintenance and cleanliness. With some extra care and attention, this house could be a truly special place. As it stands, it's a good base, but it needs a bit of love to make it feel like a home.

Location was good and heaps of parking space. A/con was great value downstairs and upstairs. Kitchen was equipped with everything you require. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Very spacious

Very musty smell on entry. Window seals need cleaning attention as well as in the laundry area. Vacuum on hand were full of dust. Light in main bedroom not working. Only one bin liner for 4-night stay
