Easy walk to everything in Port Vincent. I nice ocean view shack like feel without overdone exotics! Very homely. Dog friendly with fenced and gated great for confidence there was to be no escapee!

Beautiful location. Very convenient to food and eateries. Very quiet. Beds were comfortable.
No central heating. Bathroom is a bit dark and on the small size.

It was very clean and had all the utensils and equipment available including a reasonably stocked herbs and condiments. Its location in Port Vincent was really good between the main town and the marina.
It is a very tired property and the septic system smelled outside and you had to be careful how you used it. The outbuildings and back porch were unusable. It needs some serious attention.
