PARSEE ESCAPE is a lovely 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom property with plenty of room for the family! Accommodates up to 8 guests, close to the beautiful Sultana Point Beach. Free Wifi! An ideal place to base your Yorke Peninsula holiday!
Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven/stove top, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine (BYO coffee grounds), coffee percolator, electric frypan, toasty machine, blender, hand mixer.
Dining area with table/chairs, living area with split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, combustion heater (BYO wood), 3 seater electric lounge, 2 single chairs - 1 reclines, large smart TV, sound bar, DVD player, assorted board games.
Separate games room with smaller sized billiard table, smart TV, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, 2 seater lounge, beanbag, kitchenette with sink and air-fryer.
4 bedrooms, main with ensuite.
Main bathroom with shower and bath.
Laundry with front loading washing machine, dryer, clothes airer, portable ironing table and iron, laundry trough, vanity, hair dryer and w/c.
Bathroom off games room with shower, vanity and w/c.
Sliding doors in living area lead out to rear yard with large undercover deck with Webber Q gas BBQ, picnic style table and bench seats.

Edithburgh has an excellent boat ramp, jetty, tidal swimming pool, playground, golf course, IGA, deli, fuel, cafe, take away, hotel. Only a minute short drive to the beautiful Sultana Point Beach.
DOG FRIENDLY- Fully fenced yard. If you would like to bring your dog please put a note in the booking, a $100 refundable pet bond will be required and will be added on to the existing refundable bond manually. Maximum 2 dogs.
