Protaras Villa 1501 is a new and spacious villa just 2 minutes walk to the Beach and walking distance to amenities located between Crystal Springs Beach and Ayia Triada Beach.
The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area as well as a guest toilet. The whole house is furnished luxuriously and with care to include all modern amenities including two comfortable sofabeds, wide screen TV, fast Wi-Fi internet and a fully equipped kitchen.
The first floor features the master bedroom with a double bed, two twin bedrooms with two large single beds each and the family bathroom.
The garden area offers a mature garden, high quality furniture and a good builtin BBQ.
